Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2 June 2026
This policy explains when you can cancel an order and how refunds work on Ashovaa (operated by Enbod Technologies
Private Limited). Because medicines are involved, some safety-based limits apply.
1. Cancelling an order
- You can cancel an order yourself from the app before the pharmacy has packed and sealed it
(i.e. while it is placed, accepted, or being packed).
- Once an order is sealed and handed to a delivery partner, it can no longer be cancelled from the app; if you no
longer want it, you may decline at the door and it will be returned to the pharmacy.
2. Refunds
- UPI / online payments: if you cancel an eligible prepaid order, or if an order cannot be
fulfilled or delivered, the amount is refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business
days (timing depends on your bank/UPI provider).
- Cash on delivery (COD): no payment is taken until delivery, so a cancellation before delivery
means nothing to refund.
- Wrong, damaged, or missing items: report it via “Report an issue” on the order. After
verification we will arrange a replacement or refund of the affected items.
- Failed / undelivered orders: if delivery fails, the order is returned and any prepaid amount is
refunded.
3. Returns of medicines
For health and safety reasons, dispensed medicines that have left the pharmacy generally cannot be taken back into
stock or resold, and so are not eligible for return once correctly delivered — except where the item is wrong,
damaged, expired, or otherwise not as ordered, which is covered under section 2.
4. How to request
Use “Report an issue” on the relevant order in the app, or email support@ashovaa.com
with your order code. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and resolve eligible refunds within the timelines above.
