Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we deliver

Ashovaa delivers from licensed pharmacies to serviceable pincodes, starting in Kerala and expanding over time. You can check serviceability for your pincode in the app before ordering; if we don't serve your area yet, you can ask to be notified when we launch there.

2. Delivery timelines

Orders are prepared by a pharmacy near you and delivered locally. Typical delivery is same-day or next-day depending on your location, the time of order, prescription verification, and item availability. You can track your order's live status in the app.

3. Delivery charges

Any delivery fee is shown clearly at checkout before you place the order. Promotional free-delivery periods may apply and will be reflected in the order total.

4. Handover & confirmation

Every delivery is confirmed by a one-time code shared at the door, so both you and the delivery partner have a verified record of handover. Please be available at the delivery address; you may also add delivery instructions.

5. Failed delivery

If we can't reach you or delivery otherwise fails, the order is returned to the pharmacy and any prepaid amount is refunded per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may attempt to contact you to re-arrange delivery.
