These Terms govern your use of Ashovaa, a service operated by Enbod Technologies Private Limited (“Ashovaa”, “we”, “us”). Ashovaa is a technology platform that connects customers with licensed pharmacies and independent delivery partners for the ordering and home delivery of medicines and related products in India. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information (including a valid delivery address and, where required, a valid prescription).
Ashovaa is a facilitation platform. Medicines are sold by the licensed pharmacy that fulfils your order; that pharmacy is the seller of record. Delivery is performed by independent delivery partners. Ashovaa does not itself practise pharmacy or provide medical advice.
Certain medicines (Schedule H, H1, X and others) may be dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. By uploading a prescription you confirm it is genuine and issued to you (or to a dependant you are authorised to order for). The fulfilling pharmacist may verify, query, or decline to dispense any item at their professional discretion and in accordance with law. We may refuse or cancel orders that do not meet legal or safety requirements.
Prices shown are set by the fulfilling pharmacy and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The amount payable is confirmed before you place the order. You may pay by cash on delivery (COD) or by online payment (UPI) where available; online payments are processed by our third-party payment partner. An order is confirmed only once accepted by the pharmacy.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery areas, timelines and fees are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery is confirmed by a one-time code shared at handover.
Any general information shown in the app (including AI-assisted answers) is for convenience only, is not medical advice, and must not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
To the extent permitted by law, Ashovaa's aggregate liability arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or the law, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Kerala, India shall have jurisdiction.
